This lifesize snowman was created by my niece Emily to welcome everyone to their home.
I created this advent calendar for my sister years ago, it is a joy to see it again.
The snowman below are ones I created this year! Each snowman is created out of paper mache, for bodies I covered old baseballs, rocks for eyes and a assortment of chili peppers to carrots for the noses. I look forward to the next group and spending more time on shaping their jolly snow bodies. I sell these guys at various craft events during the holidays. And am always thrilled when one goes to a loving home.
The day after Christmas and it is snowing! I can not remember the last time it snowed around Christmas, what a beautiful day.
Our holidays with family and friends was a blessing. I am very fortunate to have such a wonderful group of family and friends surrounding me. Kyle and I spent Christmas day at my sister's house, who lives only 30 minutes from us. I must say her house is filled with lots of excitement surrounding her two children. I am amazed this year, how grown up they are getting (ages 10 and 8). We had a delicious prime rib, ham, yummy salads, and a grand selection of deserts. My favorite being the apple berry pie.
