Yesterday, we went out in the rain, wind, and a little snow to find our perfect Christmas tree. We traveled to our favorite farm up in Arlington, and was sad to see that the farm had closed down. So we backtracked thru the country and went to 'Farmer Brown's' tree farm. We were a bit unsure of the tree selection, but ended up locating our tree in the far back corner of the lot. What a tree it is. After we placed the tree in the stand and brought it into the house we were tickled to see it just slightly touched the ceiling.
This year our decorations included vintage glass Christmas balls, which some I received from my Grandparents. We added a wide variety of ornaments from glittered birds, snowman, Santa's, soldier's, and we must not forget our pickle. I wonder who will find it.
Till next post,
C. Marie
