Dilly Beans

I canned Dilly Beans this week-

The hardest part is trimming the beans, each bean needs to be the size of jars being used. I have found, when cutting the excess beans to just cut into bowl for your next nights dinner.





Ingredients: Green beans, fresh dill, garlic, cayenne pepper. I add peppercorns extra color and taste.
